Whoops, getting a 404 NO COMMENTING ALLOWED error on the new site when I try to comment, so I’ll paste it here instead. š
Their premium packages *are* pricey, as I discovered earlier this year. I’m paying for one now but given that I also pay for hosting (for my non-existent business site and our business domain + email), I could probably sneak a small wordpress install on there without the tax people finding out.
My main worry is that people report endlessly having to update, and getting hacked, and all that annoying standard internet stuff one doesn’t have to worry about on WordPress.com. I’ll be interested to see how it works out for you.
Eeps! I have no idea why you got that error, I tested it and everything seems to be working. Doh!
I agree, the updating/hacking is a concern, but I’m going to give it a shot anyway. I’ll keep this site around just in case anything goes south at the new site. š
Let me try again there and see what the error actually is. I had to reset FF and my extensions the other day so it might be NoScript freaking out at my end.
